Platex, s.r.o.
Textile production has more than 100 years of tradition in our company (since 1892). Various alternative technical fabrics have been made since 1952.
In 1995, we joined the Dutch company BN International B.V., which is the world leader in the field of coated papers. Platex s.r.o. operates as its subsidiary. Now technical fabrics are produced using an environmentally friendly technology and they form the main part of the production programme.
Cloths are made in various alternatives and are exported to more than 35 countries all over the world. Export amounts to more than 85% of the total sales volume.
Moreover, we are able to produce the various new alternatives of technical fabrics according to requirements of customers from the field of bookbinding cloths, abrasive base cloths and other industrial fabrics.
